Chili Cheese Totchos: The Ultimate Loaded Tots
Crispy tater tots, smothered in chili and cheese—need we say more? This is a must-try for any chili lover!

Ingredients:
4 eggs
4 oz. shredded potatoes (hash browns or diced potatoes)
1 (7.5 oz.) can National Coney Island Chili
4 oz. shredded cheese
Directions:
In a skillet, cook shredded potatoes until golden and crispy.
*For extra crispiness, don't stir too much—let them brown!While potatoes are cooking, beat the eggs and set aside.
Remove potatoes from the pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
When the eggs are set around the edges, spoon National Coney Island Chili over one half.
Return the crispy potatoes to the pan, layering over the chili.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top and cook until cheese is fully melted.
Fold the omelet over and serve hot.
