4 large potatoes (Russet, Yukon Gold, or sweet potatoes)
1 (15 oz.) can National Coney Island Chili
8 oz. shredded cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake potatoes for 1 hour or until fork-tender. Want extra crispy skin? Rub with oil and salt before baking!
Slice open each potato and fill generously with National Coney Island Chili and shredded cheese.
