THREE WAYS TO CONVERT POINTS TO REWARDS
1. Login to you Coney Bucks account using the GET REWARDS link and redeem rewards
2. Download the Coney Bucks mobile app, login to your account and redeem rewards
3. Login using your Coney Bucks account on the Online Ordering site to spend points for rewards during ordering process
NOTE: All rewards expire 14 days after conversion unless noted - No substitutions allowed.
After you redeem your points for a reward, it will be ready to use right away—both in store and for online ordering (excluding 3rd party delivery).

Q: I'm having trouble logging into my account?
A: Visit nationalconeyisland.com/loyalty and fill out the Coney Bucks Inquiry form (also found above this section) for assistance. You can also request a password reset at https://coneybucks.myguestaccount.com
Q: Do the new rewards expire?
A: Yes, you have 14 days to redeem your reward after converting your points. You can login to your account to see your expiration dates or have staff print off your rewards.
Q: What happens if I don't convert my points to rewards?
A: Once you attain 400 points, if you haven't converted to rewards, it will automatically convert to $30 in Coney Bucks. You will have 90 days to use the Coney Bucks before they expire.
Q: Can I earn points or use rewards when ordering from Uber Eats, Grub Hub, or Doordash?
A: No, third party delivery does not work with Coney Bucks. You can only use in store or when ordering through our online ordering site.
Q: Can staff convert my points for me?
A: No. Our staff does not have the ability to convert customer points to rewards. You must do it through the Coney Bucks app or on the https://coneybucks.myguestaccount.com website.
Q: When I convert my points to rewards is the reward available for use right away?
A: Yes, converting points to rewards will be available immediately for redemption. You have 14 days after converting points to a reward to use the reward.
Q: Do my points expire?
A: Points do not expire, however, if your Coney Bucks account has not been used in 12 months the account will automatically move to an inactive status and will zero out any points that are on the account. Those points are unable to be recovered.
Q: How do I earn points or redeem rewards when Online Ordering?
A: Using your Coney Bucks account to login at the Online Ordering site will allow you to earn points and convert points to rewards when checking out.
Q: I requested a password reset for my account but never received the email?
A: Check your spam folder in your email. If you didn't receive the email, there is a chance you have multiple accounts with the same email address. In that case, please reach out to us via the Coney Bucks Inquiry form above.
