NCI appoints Director of Food Safety!

 National Coney Island recently announced that Mr. Dave Finley would be promoted to the Director of Food Safety and Compliance.  Dave will oversee and conduct training in many vital health and food safety related issues at all 20 National Coney Island locations.  Not only does he have 16 years of experience in the industry and with NCI, but he continues to pursue advanced certification and training with many local and state agencies.  “We feel that Dave’s experience and talents will add a tremendous amount of strength to our team, and he already has had a tremendous impact on helping us attain the highest levels of food quality, freshness, and safety”, said President & Founder James Giftos.
