OFFICIAL RULES

1. No purchase necessary.
2. Entries will be accepted at all National Coney Island restaurants in Macomb, Oakland, or Wayne counties in the state of Michigan
3. To enter, complete the entry form. Entries must be received by October 19, 2006. Sponsors of this contest are not responsible for late, misdirected or ineligible entries.
4. A total of five [5] winners will be selected. One [1] winner will be selected on each of the following dates: September 15, 2006, September 22, 2006, October 6, 2006, October 13, 2006, and October 20, 2006. Weekly random drawings from all entries received will be held at National Coney Island’s main office. The winner’s parent or legal guardian and school will be notified on the date of the drawing. Chances of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize: The opportunity to have a Detroit Lions player make one [1] visit to the winner’s classroom. The player to attend the event will be selected by the Detroit Lion, Inc. and is subject to change. The classroom visit will occur on the following dates: September 19, 2006, September 26, 2006, October 10, 2006, October 17, 2006, and October 24, 2006. School visit dates are final.
6. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash; no substitutions of any kind, except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. Approximate retail value $500.
7. All taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winning entrant. Entrant may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release.
8. Entry and acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winner’s name and likeness for publicity or promotional purposes without compensation, where legal.
9. Neither National Coney Island, the Detroit Lions, The National Football League nor Craig Martin Sports and Event Management, LLC, their subsidiaries and/or divisions are responsible for any injury or loss resulting from the awarding or use of this prize.
10. Contest open to all who are in grades three [3] through six [6] or are between the ages of eight [8] and twelve [12] and reside in Macomb, Oakland or Wayne counties in the state of Michigan except employees and their immediate families of National Coney Island, the Detroit Lions, Craig Martin Sports and Event Management, LLC their subsidiaries and/or divisions. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
11. All entries become the property of National Coney Island and none will be returned.
